About DEYAT
DEYAT is the Municipal Water Supply Company of the Municipality of Tripolis.
As part of the digital upgrade of the Municipality, we were asked to rebuild the website and strengthen the digital presence of DEYAT, in order to better respond to the needs of the citizens.
The Challenge
Cooperation with municipal bodies is not always an easy task.
Many times the procedures are reminiscent of the public sector and our deadlines must follow this framework.
At DEYAT, we had an excellent climate of cooperation thanks to the director’s vision for the digital upgrade of DEYAT.
The aim was to serve citizens online through the new website and to raise their awareness of social issues related to water conservation.
Website Creation
Water Utility Website Design
The design of the website was designed based on international standards and includes elements from the purpose of DEYAT, the supply of water to citizens.
Responsive
Following the Responsive Design technique, we designed the website to work seamlessly on desktop, mobile and tablet devices.
Photography and Videography of Projects
For the needs of the photography, we had to “climb” the slopes of Mainalo.
We secured unique shots and photos of the water sources and the projects implemented by DEYAT.
Online Fault Submission Form
The citizen can submit online his request to send a fault he is facing to the DEYAT network.
For the immediate repair of the damage, the details of the application are automatically sent to the email of the technical service as well as by SMS to the mobile phone of the plumbing service.
Real Time Calculation of Water Consumption Value
Thanks to the automatic mechanism for calculating the value of water consumption, the citizen can check in real time the detailed charges for the cubic meters of water he wants.
Accessibility Menu
With the belief that every person has the right to live with dignity, equality, comfort and independence, the DEYAT website has an accessibility menu for easier use and more accessible to people with special needs.
Water Saving Advertising Campaign
As part of the social awareness of the citizens of the Municipality of Tripoli for water conservation, we designed a 360 advertising campaign.
Emotional Video
We created an advertising spot to inform citizens of the dangers of water shortages as well as the benefits of its economy.
Facebook – Instagram Ads
We ensured the visibility of the video in the entire Municipality of Tripolis thanks to the geographical targeting of META.
Google Ads
With the Remarketing campaigns in Google Ads, we re-reached the users who visited the DEYAT website in order to view the campaign messages.
Advertising Flyer
In order to spread the message of saving water to citizens who do not have access to electronic media, we designed a relevant form as accompanying material to the bills sent by DEYAT.
