About i-ekep
i-ekep is a private citizen service center based in Sparta.
It provides case processing services such as: payment of bills, applications for benefits, issuance of permits and all kinds of processing related to the public and private sectors.
The Challenge
In the area there were already 2 private citizen service centers, with the result that there is a lot of competition.
The purpose of the project was to attract customers for the business, through digital marketing.
Increasing applications through the site, creating a dedicated audience on social media and strengthening citizens’ trust in the company were important challenges that we had to manage effectively in order to fulfill the project’s objectives.
Website Creation
We designed the website with a clean design to be easy to use and functional for all users.
We have integrated all the services provided by the center and with one click the user immediately finds the case he is interested in.
We’ve focused on increasing application conversions by designing forms that take just a few seconds to complete.
We optimized the website speed to load in less than 1 second, even on slow networks.
Digital Marketing
Our strategy included actions at all levels of digital marketing: enhancing awareness, building a dedicated audience and attracting new customers for the business.
Awareness
We created campaigns with stop scrolling creatives aimed at capturing audience impressions.
Reach
Thanks to the apt creatives, we managed to show the ads to all Facebook and Instagram users of the prefecture of Laconia, at a particularly low cost.
Conversions
We created targeted Google Search Ads, Google Maps and Facebook – Instagram Conversions campaigns and managed to get over 156 applications in less than 30 days.
Social Media
We designed original posts with informative content that attracted the interest of users on all social networks.
SEO
We created unique content and strong backlinks, optimized user experience to increase dwell time and increased organic traffic by up to 1366%.
The appearance of the website i-ekep.gr in the first Google results from important queries strengthened the trust of users and applications from the entire prefecture of Lakonia.
